HPL&I shall shortly be entering into our tenth year with experience in the rental market for quite some time prior to this. We take the same care in finding a tenant however whatever the type or size of property as this is essential when renting. It is also important to find the right property for a tenant.

An important part of our set up is our membership of the National Approved Letting Scheme which is a Government backed body.  Being members of this organisation is highly beneficial to both a Landlord and a Tenant.  NALS membership provides assurance that we are a professional and regulated company, there is an effective complaints redress system as well as Client Money Protection Insurance.
